friendly staff comfy seating local bus
The staff was friendly. I felt so welcome. the room had comfy seating areas, it was ideal. local buses stopped close to the hotel, these made going into town easy.
I had to pay each day for parking. It added extra to my costs. i wish it was included.

The staff was helpful and accommodating to my needs. I found several restaurants and supermarkets located conveniently near the hotel. It was a short 15-minute walk to the downtown area (I enjoyed the exercise).
The lack of breakfast at the hotel was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was very quick to meet any requests that I had. Muby was on duty for much of my stay and was especially helpful. Alice was also very helpful during her shifts.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. its location was near restaurants and bus stops. i appreciated being so close to the city center.
i found that the room lacked soundproofing which was a slight disturbance.

The pricing remains competitive! I value the location, offering easy access to many key attractions. The staff was generally helpful. I found the check-in and check-out processes quick and easy.
I noticed the hotel shows signs of deterioration both inside and outside, unfortunately. The bed was not very comfortable. It needs improvements
